Brief method for acoustic shield production:
1. The shape of acoustic shield must be exactly the same as the layout position of the detachable acoustic shield;
2. This self-made acoustic shield is very practical and can be disassembled freely with covering the ground body through the machine, covering the upper and lower insulation boards;
3. Choose a square baffle with an upper observation window, place the first upper baffle on the first upper observation window, and install a feeding cylinder on one side of the window to connect the feeding cylinder and the feeding port of mechanical mill;
4. Prepare four lower baffles, place them around the first upper baffle respectively, and surround them on all sides to make a cube cover;
5. We need to connect the front sound insulation board to the front observation window through a belt buckle, and connect the right sound insulation board to the left observation window;
6. Glue the outside of sound insulation board to the plastic plate, and then the self-made acoustic shield is completed.
As a sound insulation and denoising device with a certain weight and rigidity, an airtight metal shell and a sound absorption material inside, acoustic shield is refined through a special process. The outer layer is made of 1-2mm thick steel plate, and the inner layer is coated with damping paint, asphalt and other damping layers to achieve the matching effect and prevent the low-frequency resonance of steel plate. For a better denoising effect, sound-absorbing materials (glass wool, micro-force board, etc.) must be laid on the inner layer to leave a gap between the machine and the acoustic shield. A shock absorber must be placed between the machine and the support of acoustic shield, as well as between the acoustic shield and the foundation.
