The dust-laden gas enters the gas distribution chamber from the main intake pipe, and then to the annular space between the ceramic cyclone body and the guide vane. With the help of guide vane, the gas changes from linear motion to circular motion, and most of the rotating airflow falls downward along the cyclone body in a spiral downward from the cylinder body and then flows toward the cone. Due to the centrifugal force generated during the rotation, the dust-laden gas throws dust particles with a density greater than that of the gas toward the cylinder wall, so that dust particles contact with the cylinder wall, lose the inertial force and fall into the ash discharge port along the wall by the momentum of the inlet velocity and the downward gravity and then enter the total ash hopper. When the rotating and descending outer cyclone airflow reaches the lower end of the cone, it continues to flow in a spiral shape (clean air) from bottom to top in the direction of the cyclone axis due to the contraction of cone, enters the exhaust chamber through the ceramic cyclone exhaust pipe, and is exhausted by the general exhaust port. The general exhaust port can be placed sideways or top as required.
1. It is suitable for dust control of industrial boilers and thermal power station boilers of various types and combustion methods.
2. With large air volume processing, strong load adaptability, and smooth and durable ceramic core, the ceramic multi-tube dust collector will not cause clogging and is in small size, which can be placed indoors or outdoors.
3. Low one-time investment, no secondary pollution, no waste water discharge, and no need of extra water treatment equipment.
4. Convenient installation, management and maintenance of ceramic multi-tube dust collector. The dust collector basically does not need maintenance.
5. Long service life basically the same as that of the boiler.
