Descriptions
It is mainly used for burn in of hard ferrite powder,and also can be used in concrete,metallurgy,chemical industries,etc. Equipment is made up of rotary drum ans its support device,cooling pipe,oil burning system,electrical control,second inlet air device,exhaust and dust remove device,and pre-heating drum,etc.Its features over-temperature alarm,overload alarm automatic control of working temperature and adjustable oxygen in drum,etc.

Working Principle
Damp material is fed from one side of dryer,and is overturned by the shoveling plates in the drum.In the dryer,material spreads uniformly,and contacts with the parallel flow (or contra flow)hot air fully.Dying heat transfer and quicker,and propulsion is stronger.During the drying process,under the effect of the shoveling plates that with a certain of angle and hot air stream, material moves adjustably to another side of dryer and discharged by star shape discharger.
Application
It is suitable for drying big granules and big density materials in chemical,mine,and metallurgy industries,etc.For example:ore, blast furnace slag,coal,metal powder,phosphate fertilizer and oryzanin.
Drying powder and granule materials that has special requirements.For example:Foaming agent,disiles'grains dregs,light calcium carbonate,active floridin,magnetic powder,graphite,medicine residue.
