Feature

The integrated granite water film dust collector is masonry-built with granite arc plates. It features a smooth and streamlined water film surface and an integrally formed vertical inner cylinder. The inner cylinder is externally wrapped with carbon steel plates. The gaps between steel plates and granite arc plates are fully bonded and filled with special acid-resistant cement to form a monolithic integral structure.

Compared with conventional assembled water film dust collectors, this integral structure eliminates the defects of water leakage and seepage at joints. It is manufactured with standardized verticality and water film surface circular arc precision, achieving a remarkable improvement in dust removal and desulfurization performance. The water inlet tank adopts a closed overflow tank, and the bottom water seal is designed with an internal overflow enclosed structure.
