Principle:
The coal on grate is burned in the furnace, and the flue gas rises through the flue gas channel and is then discharged downward from the exhaust port. The air enters the outer air channel from the air inlet, and then to the inner air channel downward, and is discharged upward from the hot air outlet. By means of the indirect heat exchange between air and flue gas through the furnace wall, the pollution-free hot air can be obtained.
Features:
Based on the latest indirect heating technology for heat exchange at high temperature parts of the furnace body, the furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange, so that smoke and air go their own way, the heating is absolutely pollution-free, and up to 60%-75% of thermal efficiency is reached, with rapid temperature rise, small size, easy installation, reliable use, and low price (compared with 1T boiler, the heating system is only half the price of the boiler heating system).
The high temperature resistance measures greatly prolonged service life compared to the tubular hot-air stove. Meanwhile, the flue gas longitudinally scours the heat sink and the negative pressure smoke exhaust prevent heat exchange parts from accumulating dust with stable thermal performance. Equipped with a secondary air inlet device, it achieves complete combustion and all kinds of coal or firewood can be used as fuel. Various technical and economic indicators of the furnace are domestic leading.
Application scope:
As a universal hot air device, the furnace is used together with drying equipment for various materials. It is widely used in heating and dehumidification of grain, seeds, feed, fruits, dehydrated vegetables, mushrooms, fungus, white fungus, tea, tobacco leaves and other agricultural products, food, pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, and light and heavy industrial products.
